Is online ordering included?
A button linking to your existing ordering page is included in the agreed website scope. Configuring an ordering platform, integrating a cart or connecting your POS is quoted separately. The demo’s sample basket is an illustration; it does not process orders or payments.
Do I have to replace my current website?
We’ll review it first. A focused update may be enough. Any redesign, migration or platform change will be described in the setup quote.
Can you update my menu?
Yes. Website Care includes up to 30 minutes of minor changes each month. A large menu refresh or frequent daily updates needs a separate scope. Prices, ingredients, availability and dietary information must be approved by your team.
Is Komak part of the $149 plan?
The $149 plan is Website Care. A live Komak assistant is an optional addition, with its setup, testing, support and usage priced separately. The demo lets you try live AI using a fictional restaurant’s menu. Text, voice recordings and attached images you submit are processed by AI providers. The demo does not place orders or send catering requests.
Is the demo a real restaurant?
No. Juniper Table is a fictional design example with illustrative dishes, prices and stock photography. Sample orders and the catering form preview stay in the browser. Komak sends the messages and media you submit to AI providers to generate replies, without placing orders or booking events.
